This friendly, personable and very likeable good old boy is a real snake. You can actually see it in his eyes. Sandy is a thief and a con man. He will take you for whatever he can, and steal the rest. The neighborhood, in which he stayed, put flyers out with his picture and warnings. He has recently dropped out of sight. I'm guessing he moved to a new town, where people don't know his reputation.
